I’ve been to a few Chop and Wok branches now, and it’s been consistent every time, which is one of the reasons I keep going back.

The food is always hot, the portions are decent, and the flavour doesn’t really change much from branch to branch. The only thing that gets a bit frustrating is the waiting, especially when it’s busy and you’re stood there hungry watching the minutes drag on.
That said, the food has never let me down once it arrives. It’s nice knowing exactly what you’re going to get, and I’ve still not had a bad meal from them, so I’d happily give it 5 stars.

I ordered the medium spice and, they got that part exactly right, it had a nice kick without being bland or totally overwhelming. The food arrived hot too, which was a plus. I did have slightly mixed feelings overall because it wasn’t the most memorable meal ever, but the spice level was spot on and I’d still order again.

My food was still hot when it got here, which was great. A cold delivery is totally avoidable, so I was happy this order arrived the way it should

Saw a discount for Chop and Wok and thought, why not. Ordered a few things. Promo went through fine at checkout, no hassle, and saved me a bit. Always a bonus. Food turned up hot. Portions were decent as well, especially for the price. Happy overall. I’ll probably have another look for deals before I order next time.

The food itself was decent, but the way they handled allergen information really put me off. The staff did answer my questions, but I had to ask and double-check a few times, which made me feel like I couldn’t fully trust what I was being told. Once that trust is gone, it’s hard to relax and enjoy the meal. I might order again, but only if they make the allergy info much clearer and more reliable

It looks okay overall, but the presentation was kind of messy. Maybe it’s just my luck, but I always seem to get the one that doesn’t look as nice as everyone else’s. It could definitely be put together better.

Had an issue with my order, which was a bit annoying at first, but honestly, the refund was sorted really quickly. No big hassle or back and forth, support just handled it. So yeah, happy enough with how it turned out.

The food was okay overall (nothing amazing, but not bad either). The main downside was that delivery took longer than expected, so by the time it arrived I was a little less excited to eat.

Ordered from Chop and Wok and I’m glad I trusted my instinct on this one. I thought it’d be the usual standard takeaway portion, but the box was properly packed and felt really generous without being over the top.
It was enough for dinner and I still had a bit left to pick at later, which is always a win. If you’re hungry and don’t want to feel like you’ve been short changed, this is a solid shout. I’d definitely order again.

Overall, the food was okay, not bad, but not something I’d be rushing back for either. The noodles actually had a nice flavor, but the chicken was kinda bland and a little dry. The sauce was fine, maybe just a bit too sweet for my taste. I’d probably give it another try if I was hungry and nearby, but taste-wise it felt average.

I figured the veggie bits might be kind of basic, but there were actually loads of them and everything tasted fresh. It showed up hot too, which I always take as a good sign.

Got my whole order and it was all correct, which makes the day a little easier. I was already thinking I’d have to double-check everything like usual, but nope, it was all there. Thanks!

I had to wait a little while to hear back, the reply felt a bit short. They did end up fixing my issue, so yeah, it wasn’t all bad. I just wish they’d been a bit quicker and maybe more helpful the first time around...

I was happy to see they had proper vegan choices, not just the usual plain veg stuff. The tofu noodles tasted fresh, and the sauce was really nice, really nice. I’ve ordered twice now and both times it’s been good

You can customize things a bit, which is nice, but the choices felt limited, limited enough that I wished there were more options to play around with.

I was in a bit of a rush when I contacted them about a complaint, but thankfully they got it fixed quickly and I could move on with my day.

I got annoyed trying to figure out what was halal. The site barely had any clear info, and I don’t have the patience to dig around forever or guess when it comes to food. I ended up not ordering because I just didn’t feel sure. If halal is important to you, definitely double-check first so you don’t waste your time.

The food showed up fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the bag was a little soggy and just didn’t seem packed that well. I feel like if the bag is wet, the packing probably wasn’t great, even though nothing was actually ruined

I called in my order and it was okay overall, just a little clunky. I had to repeat myself a couple times, so it felt like we weren’t totally on the same page at first. But the food showed up how I asked for it, so no big deal. Not bad, just could be a bit smoother next time.

The staff were so friendly, really really welcoming, and I felt comfortable pretty much straight away
